NaTour – Mobility as learning journey
Jahr: 2021
Ziele/Ideen
Hygiene in public spaces. Enviromental and historical informations about the city. Autonomous mobility infrastucture.
Kurzbeschreibung
One of the goals for the city of the future is to achieve emission-free electromobility. Therefore, new concepts for public transportation have to be found. The aim of this project is to bring people closer to the history of the city of Kiel by means of a route where information about important events that took place there can be found at each bus stop.
At the main bus stop you can find information about how the bus works and a comparison with conventional buses and their impact on the environment. There is also information about the weather and sights in Kiel. On the other side of the panel is information about the trees that are located in the green area of this bus stop. The idea is to show that relatively exotic species can already grow in Germany thanks to climate change.
Resultate
Hydrogen can be produced from diverse domestic resources with the potential for near-zero greenhouse gas emissions. Once produced, hydrogen generates electrical power in a fuel cell, emitting only water vapor and warm air. It holds promise for growth in both the stationary and transportation energy sectors.
